Welcome to the Young People Who Care website

Young People Who Care is an Award for people between the ages of 10 and 18 living in Western Australia who provide voluntary care for others.

The awards consist of three categories:

• Young Carer
• Caring in the Community
• Caring Together

The awards program aims to acknowledge, reward and support the outstanding contributions of young, compassionate people who are providing voluntary care in the Western Australian community.

The Young People Who Care Awards program is presented in partnership by Silver Chain, Carers WA and Woodside Energy Ltd.

Nominations for the Awards are open and close Friday, 30 September 2011.
