About Us

Young People Who Care is presented by Silver Chain, Carers WA and Woodside Energy.  The Awards and Scholarship Program would not be possible without the support of Woodside Energy along with the support of our annual sponsors and supporters.

Detailed below are the organisations supporting the 2011 Awards.
