HOW TO NOMINATE

If you know a young person who cares aged between 10 and 18 and deserves to be recognised, we encourage you to complete the 2011 Young People Who Care Awards nomination form online and tell us about the person or group and the amazing things they do for others.  Please make sure you provide as much information as possible to help the judges understand the great work your nominees do for their family or in the community.

Alternatively, you can download the nomination form and post or fax it back to us.
